Refund policy

Our #1 priority is that you are 100% happy with your Studio Blue purchase. We offer exchanges or returns in the following ways:

EXCHANGES:

 
• If you need to exchange an item because you've ordered the wrong size or length we are happy to help you get exactly what you need.  We charge a nominal fee of between $3. - $5. for shortening or lengthening a necklace or bracelet.

• If you need to exchange another type of item the fee is the price difference + return shipping.  

• If you're exchanging an item that was sent in error there is no fee and we will cover shipping both ways.

• We ask that your exchange be shipped within 7 days of the date received per the tracking information.

RETURNS: 

 
• Because the majority of our pieces are custom-made to order, we’re unable to accept returns on those items. Please take care when selecting your options, and feel free to reach out with any questions before ordering, we’re always happy to help ensure it’s just right.

• We offer easy returns on unworn, undamaged, non-customized items within 14 days of the date you received your order (as per the package tracking). Items that are determined to have been worn will incure a 15% restocking fee. Items that are returned damaged cannot be refunded.

• Simply return your items, in the same manner they were packed & shipped to you, to ensure a safe return.

• You will be responsible for any costs associated with returning your jewelry (unless returning due to a defect or an incorrect item received). Contact us for our return shipping address and additional instructions. Shipping is not refundable.
